DELIVERY:

We currently offer a delivery only service meaning that there is no pickup option available.  

Our delivery rates are distance-based and structured accordingly from Bedfordview:

  • R55 (up to 5km)            - R210 (30-35km)
  • R75 (5-10km)                - R240 (35-40km)
  • R100 (10-15km)            - R270 (40-45km)
  • R120 (15-20km)            - R300 (45-50km)
  • R185 (20-30km)

LEAD TIMES :

  • All orders are subject to availability and work on a first come, first serve basis.
  • No catering & bakery orders are accepted less than 48 hours prior to delivery date.

CANCELLATIONS :

  • In the event of a cancellation, no refund will be payable. Instead, a credit note will be issued which expires after 30 days.
  • In the event that the order was cancelled within 48 hours of delivery date, a 20% short notice cancellation fee will be retained by Lemoni which will be removed from the total credit note amount.

ARE WE HALAAL?

Kindly note that Lemoni is not certified halaal. For those who wish to purchase from us please note that we use no alcohol nor gelatine in any of our products. We also have a wonderful vegetarian offering.

AM I ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE THE ITEMS/ MAKE SWAPS TO ITEMS INCLUDED IN PRE-BUILT  PLATTER BOXES?

All of the items included in our pre-designed platter boxes are standard and non-interchangeable.
You are welcome, however, to customize your own platter boxes. Please feel free to browse through our list of sweet and savoury items to be included in your box, keeping in mind that for this option minimum units apply.
