Orders
All orders must be placed through our official channels- Online website and email platforms All invoice details must be correct before placing your order

Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy Proof of payment confirms your order

In the event of a cancellation, no refund will be payable. Instead, a credit note will be issued which expires after 30 days. In the event that the order was cancelled within 48 hours of delivery date, a 20% short notice cancellation fee will be retained by Lemoni which will be removed from the total credit note amount
Prices are as stated at the time of order placement and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless credit terms have been agreed upon in advance.

Lead Times & Availability
All orders are subject to availability and work on a first come, first serve basis.

No catering & bakery orders are accepted less than 48 hours prior to collection / delivery date. For all individual meal box orders, a minimum of 7 days’ lead time is required.

Delivery
Delivery charges may change based off of your delivery location, order size

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accuracy and accessibility of the delivery location.
We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Once the order has been accepted from our driver, Lemoni is no longer liable for any damages that may occur to the ordered
items
Our drivers will not leave items with security guards unless instructed to do so and the security allows for this.
It is the customers responsibility to get in touch with Lemoni a minimum of 48 hrs within delivery to arrange specific access requirements.
Our drivers have a wait window of 15 minutes per delivery before they are instructed to move onto the next location.

Should a customer fail to accept their delivery within the allocated window, the goods will be returned to our premises after which it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange an Uber collect at Lemonis earliest convenience. Failure to correspond may lead to an order cancellation with no refund.

Allergies
It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order.
While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.

Quality & Satisfaction
We strive to deliver products of the highest quality and freshness.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt to discuss a resolution.
Any concerns regarding the quality or condition of the products must be reported within 8 hours of receipt of the order.

Refunds are given only in cases where the customer is able to prove that the item did not arrive in its proper condition (photograph/video/sent back to food studio) . If the customer cannot prove with any of the above, then we reserves the right to address the matter in whatsoever we deem fit.

Some items are seasonal and/or subject to availability. Should an item not be available we try our best to replace the said item /ingredient at our own discretion

Liability Waiver
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, civil unrest, strikes.

Privacy
We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
